Blackberry App World Problem

I am having problems with app world on my blackberry. When i first tried to search for an app, it told me it had to install blackberry identity, when this began to download it imediately came up Installing Blackberry Identity with the bar below reading 100. It has not done anything since and does not seem to be responding as i can not cancel the installation. How can i fix this problem.

Hello !

 

There is an alternate if you facing problem to directly download it from Appworld to your device.

 

Connect your BlackBerry Smartphone through USB cable to Internet enabled Laptop/Desktop.

 

Now open the following link:

http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/

 

In this on top right sign in with your existing BlackBerry ID.

 

Now you can dowload all as per the way you do it in your device.
