Blackberry App World Problem

I don't download many apps so haven't used App World for some time. When I have tried this morning, I receive the message:

 

To continue using Blackberry App World you must upgrade your current version. I then click the Upgrade button which opens the Blackberry browser and takes me to a page that I think is Blackberry World. However, the page won't open properly. The header bar is there OK (Devices, BBM etc.) and the page footer is there OK, however, the main body of the page is just white / empty space. I've tried it a few times now, always with the same result.

 

Can you help please?

Yes, removed and replaced battery & sim - tried it a couple of times but same result

Good day I hope u can help me pls I can't remeber my password for blackberry world I need a new blackberry I'd every time I need 2 upgrade something I can't coz I can't remember my blackberry I'd I try evething pls help thanx god bless

I would suggest you REMEMBER your password you said you created more then one BlackBerry ID that isn't good but here some info if you don't remember your ID

alright try this

 

  Uninstall AppWorld from Options > Device > Application Management.

Scroll to BlackBerry AppWorld > Delete.

 

Then install it again by going here Now,  using your BlackBerry browser  www.blackberry.com/appworld

slight problem is that I can't find the app I'm looking for. I'm looking for "facebook pages manager". Are you able to help at all?
