Blackberry App World can't be supported

Everytime i try to install the app world, it keeps saying that my phone doesn't support it. I have already updated the software to the latest one (5.0.0.545) and as far as i can tell...my phone meets all the requirements for the app world. 

 

Can anyone please help?

What country are you in?

No, I don't have a data plan specific for a blackberry. Is that my problem?

Without a Blackberry Data Plan App World is not an option for you to obtain apps.  There many other sources for apps however.  If you want a fully functional Blackberry you definitely need the BB Data Plan.

Thank you to everyone who helped. I have sorted it out now. I called up my network provider and signed up to Blackberry data plan and everything is working now.
