Blackberry App World not reading apps

The recent 4.0.0.55 update does not read any third-party apps on my device. I've even tried using the desktop version of App World but with no success. Can anyone help?

Re: Blackberry App World not reading apps

Does not "read"?  I don't understand that.

Do you mean your AppWorld installed third party apps are not showing in AppWorld 4.0.0.55 as being installed?

Or what?

Re: Blackberry App World not reading apps

Yes exactly that. I had to reinstall all the free apps. But I get an error when i try to reinstall my paid apps. After the update the only apps that showed were native RIM apps like Facebook and Blackberry Travel and Messenger etc. The third party apps are not even found under the 'Uninstalled' tab. Its like a complete wipe. And yes my Blackberry ID signed in with no problems. I'm at a complete loss!

Re: Blackberry App World not reading apps

1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST"
or simply press the Menu key > Refresh list
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
