I used to use my app world a lot, and recently it asked me to update to the new version.
when i try to download the new version or re-download app world, it throws out a message saying:
Sorry your session has expired.
please close all of your browser windows and then return to the welcome page to start again.
i don't have any windows open, my browser works perfectly i can check and send emails, google stuff even download music.
what could be the problem?

On your device please try those steps to update BlackBerry World :
On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device > Application Management > Locate Blackberry World from that list > Highlight it > Press the Menu key > Select Delete .

Once you have deleted Perform a battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On wait for a min. then reinsert it back .
Finally after reboot use your BlackBerry browser and browse to www.blackberry.com/appworld/download and download the most recent version available .

thank you for your reply.
i deleted my app world, went to my browser, typed the address, and it still gives me "your session has expired".
guess it could be with my browser?

Reboot your device by removing the battery and try it again , if you recieve the same error try to do it over your mobile network.
Are you able to download any files like mp3 around 5 MB without any error ?
