I recently replaced my Blackberry and now my applications won't work.
I have a Blackberry data plan, EDGE/3G sucessfully connects and the blackberry BIS symbol shows.
BBM, browser and whatsapp are working fine, but when I try to use applications such as Facebook and Twitter, I get the following error message :
"You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application ..."
Also - I can search and view apps on AppWorld, but if I try to download I get "Cannot get new token due to device offline state (Error Id: 40760)
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not WiFi only), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support...they may have yet to complete some things on their "back end" to complete the shifting of your services from your old BB to this new one.
