I am needing some help with my Blackberry Curve 9320
I have the phone connected via my home Wi-Fi connection however when i try to use the Balckberry Apps button i get a message that i am not connected
When i go into the settings i am connected to my Wi-FI and i can browse the internet with the browser button
On your Manage Connections screen,when i click on the Services Status.
The status of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
says not connected
On the Facebook and other apps these apps are not working it says a data connection is needed but i am connected via wi-fi
don't know why it keeps saying i need a connection
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Which application you are trying over wifi .
For most BlackBerry Applications we need a specific BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS from our carrier , Do you have it on your account .

You are most welcome.. Glad to know that now you're able to use all BlackBerry application without any issue
I can understand your position but actually our Carrier will not activate such BlackBerry Data Plan withour our consent because those plans will incur additional charge . For that reason user have to give there consent for such plans.
