Hi shahryar_khan

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

First clear your Browser Cache, for that  Open your Browser > Press The menu key > Options > Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data ( mark all field ) then Clear Now . After that perform a Battey pull restart like this device Powered On remove the Battery wait a min. then re-insert it back.

After reboot On your Homescreen Go to >  Options  > Device > Application Management > If you see App World listed there then Delete it , Once again do a Battery Pull restart.

Finally from your BlackBerry Browser browse to  www.blackberry.com/appworld and download App World again.
