Apps and free space
File free before and after a battery remove/replace. (Go to Settings, then Options, then status): Phone on white screen, so can't view this, though in Blackberry Desktop manager under help; device properties; 'Total Application Space' 124.5M and 'Free Application Space' 44.1M, Application version: 220.127.116.111 and Platform version: 18.104.22.168
Did a battery pull fix your issue? No: Remove battery, then wait a minute then re-insert, 10 seconds later solid white screen. Soft and hard reset both give the white screen. Tried battery pull maybe 20 times over the last week still the blank white screen, if I click the side button I can still do voice control calls. I can click the left button to give voice controlled calling, I said call brother's name and called him yesterday spoke to him and then used the red handset button to disconnect and that worked fine, but the screen is white. I tried today to reinstall the os with this version:

After installation, I did a battery pull and still the white screen, phone is now out of warranty as contract is finished and warranty has run out. I assume the OS re-installation I have done correct as I followed the guide by Kryptos on this forum, though the application version showing in desktop manager as above is different to what I downloaded.

When phone is connected to PC it shows in Desktop Manager as connected, the screen on the phone is a constant grey unless you press a button and the goes to solid white. Battery has been charged several times currently its around 74% battery remaining.
2 weeks ago, the colours on the screen were scrambled for some reason and you would have to move the cursor around to underscramble parts of the screen. Eventually, after a few days I did a battery pull to try to stop the colours scrambling to a fuzzy grey colour, but after the battery pull I just got the white screen.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

I have the exact same situation with my AT&T US Bold 9000. The white screen seems to be the only part of the phone that doesn't function. The App Loader procedure is not effective. The battery pull is not effective. I wonder if reseating the LCD connector might help?
