Try connecting your blackberry to your blackberry desktop manager and re-installing the 0s , then once you've re-booted try these steps again. go to http://mobile.blackberry.com/ on your device , scroll down to Communicate , Email .. then choose your email supplier and press Integrate and add the email address and password.
Maybe when you've updated your 0s somethting hasnt installed correctly?
i tried its not hidden
any other suggestion?

Following final long discussion with Vodafone support my phone is now en route to their repair centre... might be worth you doing the same after ringing support! Click the Vodafone icon and call customer services...

It is! Very quick turnaround and my old phone was replaced with a new / refurbished one and everything now works as it should. Strangely although my old one had had the software updated, the new one has a slightly different look and feel about it (software wise)... but it works so I'm happy.

I am sorry but when I go to the webaddress you have provided I do not see "communications". Is it under something else perhaps?
So, what do you see there?
