One of our employees isn't able to view received eMails on his BlackBerry Bold 9780 since about two days.
EMails he sent from the PC show up in his BlackBerry Mailbox, but incoming mails just won't show.
I've tried the Enterprise Activation a few time, also hard resets, but without a result. Also couldn't find anything to this problem on various internet forums, so I thought I'd post my Problem here.
Maybe someone's got an idea how to resolv this problem?

Does the employee have their email redirected to a sub folder in the inbox or a PST file on the computer?
