If that is unsuccessful. How I found out what it was with mine is as follows:

Back up all necessary data

Factory reset my phone in security settings

Connected to desktop manager

Removed every component that isn't required for basic functionality (I.e. Only left the OS on)

Tested the headphones worked (result for me)

Then one by one re-install each required component testing the headphones worked after each one.

Unfortunately an even longer process but that's how I got my results. For me it stopped at TTY support which was quite early on. I hope you get a result. GL!!!
