Blackberry Bold 9900 Help

I have a friend that is actually from Sweden that when he came over for a visit purchased a BB bold 9900 that was unlocked so he could use it here or in Sweden. When he tries to set up his account it says he has to contact system administrator for Enterprise. He doesn't have anything for Enterprise is there a way around it so he can set up a gmail account? Also on FB he downloaded the latest version it works for about an hour  then it comes up with you are working on a service plan that does not support this application please connect to a wifi connection or contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan. He already has this upgrade. Other than that everything seems to be working great just needs to know how to work around these two problems or what he needs to do to "fix" them

For your two issue , Please advice your friend to call or contact his Carrier or Network Service Provider and let them activate a BlackBerry Data Plan / BIS on his account , Once it's activated he will be offered Internet Mail account option which will allow him to setup his personal emails and will able to use all BlackBerry application without any error.

If you already have an Unlocked device then you can use a local SIM , but be sure that BIS is actiavted on that SIM account to use those BlackBerry features your friend is looking for .
