Blackberry Bold 9900 not working

Had my blackberry since Christmas. I haven't dropped it or anything, but all of a sudden my keypad or touch screen won't work. I've tried resetting it several times hasn't work. Tried connecting it to the computer but isn't set up for the computer. What do I do?

I would suggest attempting to create a backup of your data: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33505

 

Then follow the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB1320 then test the performance prior to restoring any data or installing any 3rd party applications.
