I have ran a BES for several years, with a mix of handsets. Recently my BOLD 9900 has stopped receiving email. It can send emails and receive appointments, but NOT emails. If I wipe the handset and re-activate it it sorts it, but then after a few days/weeks, it goes again. HELP
