Blackberry Bold 9900 - unable to sign in to Blackberry ID- same sim card

I am unable to sign in to my blackberry id and im on my last few attempts, i dont considering wiping an option. When I click on forgot password, and enter my email, it tells me, "your request cannot be competed. Please ensure that your blackberry ID has been activated and that you have typed the correct email address." I have typed the correct email and pasword as i logged in online but not on my phone. I am also using the same sim card but my idiotic friend put his in for a minute and then the sign in screen wont go away! Please Help as i dont want to wipe my phone :  (

Also for others having somewhat of the same problem they get "unable to sign in" or something along those terms whereas i get incorrect email/password even though i signed in online. HELP!
