I've tried to leave it in the charger for many hours removed the battery and then inseerted it back however it is still not coming to life. I bought the from a 2nd hand phone shop so while the network operator I use is Orange they claim they cannot assist me. But the shop owner who sold the item is saying it can'yt be fixed, as he called it "it has a blackout" & it's not the first, he saying it would seem it's blackberry problem.

 

Maybe let me give the background to this problem. I had been on the countryside when the phone battery drained and I then took it that I would charge it when I get to a place where I could charge it however to my surprise it never responded.

I'd try a new battery.

Yes, I did take the phone to repairmain. they tried different combination including new battery, using trobleshooting software and they told me that it has a blackout
