Blackberry Bold 9900

Hello,

 

i have a big problem with my bb 9900.I changed the username and the the password 2 weeks ago , to give the phone to my sister and i forgot the password...i tried to reset the password but they put me to answer to a question that i put it 2 years ago and i don`t remember it.What can i do?please help
