Hi I am having an issure with my bold it goes to error 507 this is my 2nd Bold in 1 year (and 10 days) to do this and my provider is telling me i am 10 days over the warranty date it is frustrating I am using an old torch wihich I hate for 2 years now I love my Blackberry but thinking of swicthing providers and phones I also had a problem with my bold 9860 thats' why I upgraded to the 9900 any advice

I am also new to the world of Blackberry and Smartphones but since I am also having some issues, I have seen that error 507 that I, almost with 100 degrees of certainty, can tell you that that error means you lost your OS (Operating System)... then again, I could be totally wrong.
Nonetheless, I suggest you go to this page and follow the guide on how to install a fresh copy of your OS from scratch... it is very simple, even if overwhelming at the beginning, I have already done it twice and you have nothing to loose since your provider has already kicked you to the curve anyways.
Go here to download your OS... make sure you download the one you need for your Country and Carrier
