Blackberry Bold 9930 Rebooting problem

Last january I bougth my BB 9930 Bold. At first it worked well but a few months ago it started REBOOTING in as a loop. I tryed to fix it by removing battery and then it never came back.  I called BB technical assistance in Brazil but they told me they could not do anything since the device was not registered at brazil trelecom agency ANATEL. How should I proceed?
