Hey guys, I have a little issue with my Bold 9900's alarm clock.
The sound stopped working a while ago, so the phone only vibrates.
Whilst every other kind of sound works, music, ringtones, etc.
This is very annoying to me and I need the alarm on my phone. I have a year long warranty on the phone and I have pretty much most of it left. Will it be possible to go to Rogers and get it replaced? (I got the phone from Rogers)

You can take it in and they'll have a look at it. If they can't fix it on the spot and you're within 7 days of purchase and/or 30 minutes of talk time, they'll replace it. If you're outside of those times, they'll send it away for repair and give you a loaner.
But before you do any of that, try a battery pull because that's been known to correct many issues. Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.
