Can ayone tell me how to reload the email setup module or whatever. What I have is no option 1 for general email set up but only option 2 for enterprise set up which is not applicable. Don't know what to do next! I do have internet working!

If only Enterprise email setup is available, it's for one of two reasons. One, you bought the phone second-hand and it had an IT policy on it which was not removed. This can be done by doing a security wipe of the phone. Two, you don't have a proper BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) plan with Giffgaff. Pre-BB10 devices require BIS to fully operate properly.

You can also try typing www.blackberry.com/integrate in the phone's browser to see if you can set up your email that way.
