Blackberry Curve 9300 Trackpad issue:

This is my second Blackberry Curve 9300, it is failing just as the first one did, the trackpad has stopped working, hence the phone is useless to me.

 

I'm reluctant to take it back to Vodaphone after the experience of taking the first BB Curve in, is there any other fix for this problem.

 

If I have to have another replacement, I won't be getting another BB.

The trackpad is often damaged in the Blackberry devices
This is something common in them and of course also depends on how you use it.

I recommend you take it to a specialized technical service, reliable and guaranteed.
To make a replacement with a new trackpad.

Is there a technical service in the Ottawa area? All I can find is in Toronto.
