My Blackberry 9320 and my computer synch using the Blackberry Desktop software but stop when it gets about 75-80% complete. The program appears to "hang" at that point and requires task manager to close the program. I have already un-installed & re-installed the program. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Can you try those steps in the same manner to check it helps with your current issue with backup :
Connect your Device and run BlackBerry Desktop Software , Click on Device in drop down menu in Desktop Software > Delete Data > Choose Selected Data > Scroll down and Mark Social Feed Database , then Delete that specific database . After deleting try try a full device backup and see if that allows.
