"When we launched CrackBerry.com 10 years ago, we set out to make it a fun and useful destination where BlackBerry Smartphone owners could share their excitement and learn to unleash the full potential of their BlackBerry. A decade later, the CrackBerry community is as active and passionate as ever and I know our knowledgeable members and volunteers will be excited to welcome and assist more BlackBerry owners with their questions."

My blackberry curve 9360 has started to not fully show emails in the past week. When I open them, it only displays the first 8 - 10 lines of the email and the rest of the email is just the grey/white chequerboard. The problem happens regardless of whether I receive emails when connected to wireless or 3G.
Please can anyone help?

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
Please try this > On your Homscreen Open your Browser > Press the Menu Key > Options > Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data ( Mark all fields ) Then Click on Clear Now .
Once it is done perform a battery pull restart like this , While your device is Powered On remove the battery, wait for a min. then re-insert it back . After reboot please check if you're able to view your emails.

You are most welcome .. Whenever you feel any trouble always try a battery pull restart as a first step
