Blackberry Desktop Not Working [MAC]

  I've Been Trying To Sync My Music, Contacts, Etc. Every Time I Connect My Phone To My Computer, The Disk Appears On My Homescreen, But The Blackberry Desktop Software Doesn't Respond. I Click On The App It's Self, It Opens But It Displays That My Device Is Not Plugged In. I Have Installed The BBDesktop Four Times, Wiped My Device Two Times, And Tried Other BBDevices, Nothing.
