Desktop Software 6.0
"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled"
Process ID=0x7ac (1964), Thread ID=0x780 (1920).
I have uninstalled the desktop software and Microsoft .Net 3.5 SP1 and reinstalled both and continue to get the same error.
Anyone getting the same error or know how to get the software working again?

I have exactly the same problem. You call Blackberry for help and they tell you its not there problem and to call my wireless provider. I call my wireless provider and they telll me its not their problem and that I need to call Blackberry support. Its not my computer either I have tried it on 3 different PC's now and get the same error mssg. I give up!!!!
Does anyone in this industry take resposibilty for their product.
I now see how they make their money. If I did this in my industry I would be hung out to dry.

Finally solved my problem with Blackberry's lack of interest in there product.
I bought an Iphone and would definately recomend anyone with problems with BB to do the same.
It's actually too bad because I really liked the BB until something goes wrong then its like the company dosent exist.
