I sure hope someone can help me ... I'm so frustrated. I have had this software on my computer ever since I got my Blackberry Curve 9330 in Dec ... I've been using it to load pics onto my phone all the time ... I went to use it 3 days ago and a box popped up saying there was a problem with the software and it had to close ... I tried removing and reloading a cpl times and same thing .. went to the website and updated to the 6.1 version .. got the the same box popping up ... cleaned cookies and even system restored ... I've spent 3 days trying to fix this problem....removing & reloading over and over .. even tried talking to Blackberry techs and short of being charged (which I will not do) I'm not sure how to fix this problem .... Can anyone help me ??? I really would like to get some pics back onto my phone ..... Much appreciated.

To better assist you with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software issue you are having I have a few questions:
What version of Windows® do you have installed?
What version of Microsoft® .NET Framework do you have installed?
In Windows® Event Viewer what error message do you receive?
