All of a sudden, my BD software will not load. When I double click the icon on the desktop or plug in my torch it will automatically give me a windows error that says it's stopped working and that windows will notify me when there is a solution. I've tried repairing the software from the control panel as well as uninstalling and reinstalling. What can I do next?

I am having the exact same problem with my Curve 9330 and a PC with windows 7 64 bit. I've tried everything (e.g. uninstall/reinstall and the problem remains. There is however a temporary (but annoying fix). If you restart your computer the the BB Desktop will load as it should. But you have to close it to disconnect the phone. Once you close it, it will not reload again and it is necessary to reboot the computer.
