Since I have the same problem mentioned in this thread, I read this post with great interest. Unfortunately what is mentioend above is reallynot valid, since there is ABSOLUTELY no way for anyone now to buy anything else than Windows8, it is also no possible to downgrade to Win7 because Microsoft has invalidated all the outstanding Win7 Enterprise licenses and replaced them with Win8.
I think you guys should really solve the problem from your side, and develop a Win8 compatible and supported Desktop Manager.

I hope you do it quickly.

Nevertheless, the information provided remains the only official information to which we have access. Sadly, we cannot work miracles to make BlackBerry do anything at all.
