Please list your version of Outlook and your version of desktop manager software.
Is this a new installation or have you been able to synchronize before. Please
be very specific when listing Model numbers, versions, and the procedure you are trying to use.
Also what steps have you tried to resolve the problem so far?

Your specific BB OS level (4 octets)
Your specific Outlook version
Your specific RIM DTM version (4 octets)
