Can anyone help please.
My daughter entered her smartphone pin wrong 10times yesterday and now has a white screen with the message "Blackberry Error 102".
I spent an hr on the phone to her mobile provider last night and they tell me i have to go to Blackberry direct but then someone else suggested i put a disc in the pc and plug her phone in and "reboot".
Please can anyone either confirm that this is correct or make a suggestion on how to get her up and working again. Being a teenager, being without a phone is life threatening.
