I bought one HS 700 bluetooth headset 1 year ago and it worked superbly. After one year, suddenly one day after charging, the audio went off. The bluetooth is getting connected and even making calls, other person is able to hear my voive but i get no audio on my headset. Even when the headset is turned on and is connected to a device, no audio comes from headpiece. Please guide me what could be the problem and what to do next?

Have you tried deleting the Bluetooth® profile from the BlackBerry® smartphone and then reconnecting the two? If yes, try pairing the Bluetooth® headset with a different BlackBerry smartphone, If the problem continues I would suggest contacting your point of sale for options.
