I have had the problem of not being able to log into Blackberry ID account on my handset, although I can log in via a laptop/desktop.
One suggestion was to 'wipe' my handset via BlackBerry Desktop Manager, this proved difficult as I couldn't download and install blackberry desktop manager. This is now resolved, it was a microsoft.NET 3.5 SP issue, long story but I have now installed that.
Anyway, I now have the desktop manager on my PC and need help/advice on what I need to do next to rectify the ID log in issue.
Any advice will be greatly received.

My BB Torch 9860 now works perfectly!
Carried a security wipe, reinstalled everything and it now works fine, apps world is accessible and emails are flying in!
