Blackberry ID - Help

Good Evening,


Recently - that is, for the past 3 days - I have been trying to install an app on my phone (Blackberry Bold 9790) and when I click on download it asks me to insert my password...and I do...but then it asks me to insert the username associated with the smartphone...I don't remember changing it...and I have written it and re-written it...and even asked a friend to do so...still, asks me to insert the correct username.

 

Can anyone help me with this?

The username should be the email address that is associated with your BBID.
