Blackberry ID Mix-up

Faced with a  HUGE URGENT problem- Can anyone help PLEASE?

Please take the time to help- I really do not know what to do anymore.


Yesterday, I was browsing through my App World and noticed that a new version of BBM was available to update to. I decided to install the new version of BBM. After installing it, I obviously needed to restart my phone. Once I had restarted my phone I went into BBM and it required me to type my Blackberry ID Username (My e-mail address) and Password. Here's when the problems began. In the Usernmame box it had my Username (my e-mail address) already there for me- all I needed to do was type in my Password (which I had clearly forgotten). Then I realized that the Username it had already typed for me was incorrect (The E-mail address was incorrect). Now, I had created my Blackberry ID a long time before yesterday, but I had never noticed that I had typed in the incorrect e-mail address. My Blackberry ID Username(The incorrect E-mail address) was already set. I also cannot remember what password goes with my incorrect Username. I selected "forgot password?" and the security question came up, which I knew the answer to, after I had put in the correct answer for the security question, another notice came up and said that a password recovery mail had been sent to my (incorrect) e-mail address. Obviously, considering that the e-mail address was invalid and doesn't exist, I did not receive a password recovery e-mail. I had 10 attempts to type in the correct password, and eventually I typed in the incorrect password too many times and as a result my Blackberry ID account is now locked. I cannot access my new version of BBM or any other Blackberry related apps. Usually I have NO problems whatsoever with my Blackberry and I really am happy with it, but now I have this HUGE problem and don't know how to fix it! I really would appreciate it if someone could help. It would mean the world to me.

So, the issue is that your BBID is now locked?
