I can use my ID to sign in in my desktop but my phone does not recognize my ID and it shows: "Attemp 5/10 The username and password provided do not correspond to a valid BlackBerry ID"
Could anyone please tell me how to overcome this problem? Already restarted the phone by removing the battery but it does not fix the problem and I am affraid it could lock the phone up.
