Blackberry ID Wont Load

Hi there,

Hopefully someone can help me.

I upgraded my phone so i could get the App world and BBM a few days ago.

The BBM is working fine..no problems with that..However the app wold doesnt seem to be working properly.

I have tried to create a Blackberry ID but it just comes up loading and stays like that for ages and doesnt change. I have tried uninstalling it and the reinstalling it but that doesnt seem to work.

I was told to install the older version but whenever i try it just starts downloading the more recent one.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Re: Blackberry ID Wont Load

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

This problem has been posted about many many times on these forums...I suggest you do some searching to see what others have tried. For me, I've not experienced the exact situation but I've suggested the following as an attempt:

1. Open App World

2. Go to My World (if you can)

3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T

3b. For Storm/Pearl -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (

4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot

5. Return to AppWorld and try again.

Hopefully it'll work for you! Good luck and let us know!
