New sim card, and phone says my blackberry ID either has not been activated or i typed the incorrect email address. I have reset my password many times, and still getting the same message - is my only option to wipe clear my phone - what IS my blackberry ID, if not the one I logged in to change my password? HELP!

Try this Knowledge Base to confirm the Username ( Email ) that is associated with your BlackBerry ID :
KB28684 : How to confirm a BlackBerry ID username
In addition if you are using a new SIM then call your Carrier to confirmed if they have activated your new SIM card.
