Blackberry ID issue

Hello everyone,

 

I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300, and have created a blackberry ID last July to be able to have access to BlackBerry World. I did not used BlackBerry World since July.

 

Today, I tried to connect to BlackBerry World with my blackberry ID, but the software does not recognize my ID and send me the following error message "Enter the username associated with this smartphone". When I check my username in "options" "third party applications", the username corresponds to the one I enter. I don't know how to fix this problem and to connect to BlackBerry World.

I have a blackberry 9320 but when I enter my details in bbid says they don't match so when I hit forgotton password I can't remember my recovery password how do I reset my password without answering the recovery password
