My Blackberry ID is not being accepted on my phone even though I can log in with it online. Have tried using a different email address as well as changing passwords for both addresses. It is recognising it online but not on my phone, so having downloaded the new bbm, I am now completely locked out

Do you receive an error message when attempting to log in? If so, can you please provide the full message?

I have the same problem Immediately after installing the latest software update I cannot open BBMessenger all I get is a constant note "Associating BBM with your Blackberry ID.
I have tried to remove BBM by using the remove facility in the BB desktop and got the following error messages
for both the message was
BlackBerry® Desktop Software failed to validate your BlackBerry® device update.
Aborting install due to validation failure. Some packages contained unsatisfied dependencies.
I have had no useful responses to my posting
