Hi Cpt Sweatpants,
Hoping you can help me, I keep getting the response 'unable to log into your BBID account' so I presume i need to do the same wipe you mention in this message?
I've changed my password etc but to no avail? I understand the time zone sometimes effects things, two weeks ago the phone switched on thinking it was 2043 and the phone has not been the same since?

I can't access the App World nor set up an email address on my Bold 9900: every time I try, it asks me for my BlackBerry ID and pasword, and cannot connect. I have verified my password hundreds of times, updated it, changed it, changed it back, and still it's not working.
Please help me!

I know that this problem is solved, but in mine didnt work... did wipe the BB creat a new ID and keeps the same... Can't loggin on phone, can´t download anything from app world... keep's saying " No cached credentials...Error Id: 40721"
