Blackberry ID password reset

I cannot seem to reset my BB ID , I have followed the prompts but the emails do not come through. I have also tried creating a new ID , but that was also unsuccessful. Please help , ASAP !

The email will not come through to your BB device. You need to use a PC browser and go to your mail account to get the password reset email.
