I have a problem. Yesterday, (12 Dec 2012), I updated my BBm to the newest version, but, to be able to use it, i need my Blackberry ID. The email addres has expired since then, and the password recovery question is about as useful as the email addres. I have made another ID, but how can i 'sign into it' so that it's compatible on my smartphone(BB Curve 9300)? My mobile service provider is Vodacom Mobile,(South Africa). ANY help or advice please? I'm kind of desperate.
