Blackberry ID

My BB ID doesn't log in because it says "enter a username associated with this smartphone" if I enter a username at a then it says invalid email address, how can I fix this? I reset my password but my username is still a problem

If you've logged in with one BBID username you can't log in with a different one on the same device. In order to do that you will need to wipe the device. Take a read of this:

Don't forget:

BB ID uses your email address not your "BlackBerry Support Login name"...

This happens even after typing your password on App World before BBM7 was released. And now BBM7 fails to associate with BB ID and not on every handset and it locks the user out . This can take up to months being unable to use that particular app . BB App World ,BB Protect and BBM7 are all BB ID integrated . Oh I forgot BB Beta Zone is too . Most users can't use and enjoy some of these apps so is creating BB ID for the first time when setting up a brand new hand set .
