My password was changed for Blackberry ID. I then changed it back to the original password. If I go to >Options >Blackberry ID it does not allow me to access the account information but goes straight to the screen that says "This application requires you to veryify your BlackBerry ID to continue" I put in the password and then it says "Enter the username associated with this smartphone". HELP! I have a 9360.
