Hi.i'm having problem logging in with my blackberry ID

 

i had to reboot my phone and when it came back on i had to sign in with the blackberry ID,but i forgot the pasword so i reset my password via PC and it worked.

 

But when i answered the new password on my device it doesn't work,and i tried it so many times i got locked out 15 min.

 

idk what the problem is but i can sign in with my blackberry ID on my PC but can't log in on my device

If your password has any numerals or UPPER case characters, make sure you are properly depressing the ALT key for numerals or the shift key for upper case.

Hi blackberry support really stuck, I updated my Whatsapp...

Hi blackberry support really stuck, I updated my Whatsapp and now the blackberry ID sign in keeps popping up. But the thing is the email address I used for my ID, I have deleted so I can't log in anyway. When I go to options>device>blackberry ID the sign in keeps popping up so I can't change the email address. Really need some help please.

Hi There,  I can't log into my blackberry ID on my phone.  I tried my password a couple of times then selected thye reset my password.  The link I recieved took me to a "DELETE your blackberry ID" page.  At first I didn't use it because I thought it was an error.  I resubmitted the request for password reset.  I recieved another link which again redirected me to DELETE My ID.  So I did it.  Deleted the ID and recreated it using the same email address but new password. 

 

Now when I try top do a backup its saying I can't because my phone and the ID I'm signed in with on link don't match.  I can't log in and verify my id on my phone either. 

 

What can I do?  Let me know.

You must have the same BBID on the device to which you're restoring as the the backup was made with.

 

There's no way around that.

Thanks for your reply.  I understand that.  That said I tried to recreate that same ID using the same credentials.  It's still won't let me log in and verify my ID.  Oh well.  Shame on me for actually deleting the ID.  Shame on Bberry for the reset password link taking me to the Delete your id page.  Not good.
