Blackberry ID

I was unable to log in to my blackberry I.D. and can't use any internet connections.

Please expand on your problem description...exactly the steps you attempt, exactly the results of each step, and the complete and exact content of any error messages presented. From what little you provided, it's really impossible to make any kind of guess that would be useful to you.
