Hi there, new to this but hope someone can help, I have a BlackBerry Curve 9380 and recently have been having problems with my wifi connection - when looking into it on my phone i have a red cross next to BlackBerry Infrastructure - Connecting. I believe this is the problem can any help me with how to solve this? Thanks in advance.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support and to ensure that you are subscribed to a data plan that is adequate to enable the services you desire (even if you only use them via WiFi, you still must subscribe to them in order to access the BIS infrastructure).
