Blackberry Messenger Help

Hello,

today i just bought a contract tmobile bold 9700

i gave my pin out, added a few people, but no-one recieves my request, neither do i recieve theres.

 

Also, when i go on to MSN, or facebook, i get the message "this service is not enabled with this handheld"

however i've got unlimited internet and the blackberry services plan.

you bought them, but you have to make sure they are already active. Call the T-Mobile hotline or go to the shop and verify this with them. Besides you need a "blackberry data plan". The unlimited internet only allows you to use the browser and not the other kind of data usages required by the appls you cited.
